Titanium Sheet Mesh

Titanium sheet mesh (expanded mesh and stamped mesh) is made by expanding and stamping sheet, which is ASTM B265 specified commercial pure titanium sheet. The strength of alloyed titanium is too high to be stamped or expanded. The mesh's width will be the same as the sheet; the length of stamped mesh is the same as the sheet, while the expanded mesh length depends on the opening & sheet size. 

Titanium mesh is mostly used as titanium anode, filter elements in the chlor-alkali industry and other chemical industries.

Titanium Wire Mesh

Titanium wire mesh (cloth, wire mesh screen) is weaved by titanium wire. We provide titanium wire mesh with commercially pure titanium and Ti-6Al-4V Gr5 Titanium. Titanium wire mesh can be used in screening and filtering in acidic and alkaline environments, gas-liquid filtration, and other media separation.

AEM provides titanium mesh basket for titanium mesh anode, and it can also be coated with mixed metal oxides to make MMO titanium mesh anode. Titanium mesh basket can be made by titanium wire mesh and titanium expanded mesh.

We also provide metal oxide and metal mixture oxide coated (MMO coated) titanium anodes such as RuO2/IrO2 coated titanium anodes. Titanium anode is also called DSA (dimensional stable anode) titanium anode or insoluble titanium anode due to its good corrosion resistance.
