I have a professional Graco airless. So why buy this gun? I always clean my guns as soon as I am through using them. This last time I took the gun off the filter assembly and threw it in a bucket of solvent. Can&#;t find the bucket. I have an older Wagner gun, but the tip was not reversible. I couldn&#;t find a nylon washer for it. A reversible tip and adaptor would have cost more than a new gun. I took a chance with this one and was pleasantly surprised. That is not to say it did not have issues. It did. But they were solvable. Issue 1: the filter did not protrude up enough to go into the gun housing. I used 4 little O rings which worked out great. 2: the bolt that held the handle fell off after 10 gallons had been sprayed. I found the bolt but not the nut. So I reinstalled the bolt and secured it with an O ring and went back to work . The gun worked flawlessly after that. Here is my takeaway, the gun, engineering, materials are great. Quality control is lacking. A tip alone at the big box paint store was more than double the cost of this gun with 5 tips and 5 filters. Would not hesitate to buy another one if needed. But, I&#;m cleaning this one and will continue to use it versus lose it. Overall very happy. Got me out of a stupid pinch.
