Magnetic chamfer triangular provide fast and accurate placement of exactly fitting chamfers in Steel formwork construction. Simply position the magnetic strip on the formwork table, the built in magnets securely hold it in position, no screws, no bolts or welding are necessary.

This chamfer series is designed to be fixed onto formworks by means of welding or riveting. It is manufactured with flat or chamfered profile (45°) in segments of max. 100 cm. length. It is resistant to chemicals as demoulding agents and to high temperatures. It is guaranteed for lasting. On specific customer&#;s request, it is possible to manufacture special profiles as well.

Formwork Reveal Chamfer are designed with high power  magnets embeded in with a steel. The magnets are placed firmly by epoxy which makes it  not  possible to pourng the magnets out during normal use. Variatey specification of  Form work steel chamfer is available.  Reveals can be made to fit the most requirements. Difference length is also available  until 3-meters or even longer as requirements.

What is Magnetic Chamfer?

Magnetic Chamfer is a very useful accessory in Precast Concrete industry which is designed to create beveled edges on the corners and faces of concrete wall panels and some formwork's corner. It could be divided into two types according to material:one is steel magnetic chamfer,the other one is rubber magnetic chamfer,the first one &#;steel magnetic chamfer" is used widely in construction industry.It also could be devided into some types according to their shape.There are two commonly used shape:Triangle and trapezoid&#;of course also including special shape according to customer's request.

We know that when in the process of manufacturing precast concrete products such as precast concrete panel,when batch of concrete were pouring into the precast concrete casting bed,the formwork which are fixed surrounding the precast concrete casting bed would suffered the concrete(because the concrete will overflow from the mold when pouring),in order to protect the corner of the formwork far away from concrete which overflowed,so the steel magnetic chamfer comes out,it plays an important role to prevent the concrete,the steel magnetic chamfer is placed in the corner of the formwork to prevent the concrete entering into the corner.
